Amy Ruberto joined B2Lead in 2023 and quickly proved herself to be a strategic and solutions-driven financial leader. Now serving as Controller, Amy oversees the company’s financial operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement. With more than 14 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, Amy brings deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

At B2Lead, she has modernized key systems and identified cost-saving opportunities that directly impacted the bottom line. She is a trusted partner to the Executive team, contributing to strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial audits, while consistently delivering timely and accurate financials.

Amy’s work is defined by thoughtful analysis, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit. Whether working with internal teams or external partners, she is known for her accountability, calm demeanor, and ability to turn complexity into clarity.

Originally from New York, Amy now calls Phoenix home. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails and traveling to explore new places.
