Since joining B2Lead in 2021, Mara Morato has become an essential leader within the company, overseeing day-to-day operations of the Philippine team and supporting core functions including campaign execution, lead delivery, quality assurance, and strategic content initiatives. Her leadership bridges strategy and execution, ensuring operational consistency across departments and time zones.

With more than a decade of experience in people management and B2B operations—including previous leadership roles at Dell and Salesforce—Mara brings a strong foundation in lead generation, enterprise sales, and account renewals. At B2Lead, she’s recognized for her proactive approach, her ability to adapt through shifting platforms and processes, and her unwavering focus on team development. Whether training staff on new systems, collaborating on cross-departmental projects, or identifying process improvements, Mara is a go-to partner for both strategic support and reliable execution.

Mara holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines, Manila. Outside of work, she recharges through cooking and spending meaningful time with loved ones.
